Today I would like to share with you one of our favorite summer meals. We make this often and enjoy sharing it with our friends.
STRAWBERRY & ORANGE CHICKEN SALAD
-grilled chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces*
-baby spinach, or your favorite green blend
-sliced strawberries

20 bicycle crunches
40 leg raises that work the lower abs
3 sets of 15 squats
40 leg lifts per leg
