Said over lunch the next day.
mom to baby: “I was jealous last night when daddy picked you up and carried you home from the babysitters’ last night. He didn’t even ask if I wanted to carry you!”

dad to mom: “That’s because I wanted to carry her! Why do you think I went in to the room first? I knew that if I didn’t, you would have picked her up and not asked if I wanted to carry her!”

mom to baby: “Apparently, Mommy and Daddy fight over who gets to carry you.”
