This beautiful exchange

Yesterday, Lucy was baptized at church. Our little cuddle-bug is now a covenant baby. It was so exciting for us to offer her back to God and vow to raise her to know and love Jesus as we do.

Because she refused to take a morning nap, we half expected to have a melt-down while we were on stage, but she did wonderfully. She smiled at the elders and got the crowd to giggling at her. She totally hammed it up!
