To celebrate, Tony took me to one of my favorite pizza places in Charlotte, Hawthorne’s Pizza. And, to my surprise, he invited a few friends. We had a good time eating pizza and pasta and discovering that we all once dreamed of being on or dating one of the American Gladiators. Good times.

This year, I added champagne to my birthday morning tradition. Dancing and champagne. Good way to start a good day!

On Saturday night we got together with our small group and had a mini-Guitar Hero tournament. Somehow, Tony and I managed to kick some booty and took home the first place trophy. Which, actually looks a lot like the second-place trophy. Hmmmm.
