This beautiful exchange

On Friday, Graham went to be part of another family.

For months, we’ve struggled with what to do with him. He has been pretty miserable as we no longer have the time or the resources to really give him what he needs. Life for poor Grammie really changed once Lucy came along and he was not adjusting well. I have to admit, it’s hard to not feel like we failed him. But, instead of moping around our house all day, he now has another dog to play with at all times and he lives near a river where he can romp around in the water as much as he’d like.

We really miss him, but we know that we made the right decision. I’m sure that in time, he’ll enjoy his new pack.
