dad: Ouch!

mom: Why do you keep sticking your finger in there?
dad: I don’t know why!
dad: Ouch!

This conversation sounds very familiar. Although at this point in our marriage I very rarely ask him to explain his behavior:) I just shake my head and surrender myself to the fact that I will never understand that man.
