This beautiful exchange

One of Lucy’s favorite things to do in the mornings while I’m getting ready is to play in whatever bathroom drawer she can get her hands in to. Most of the time, I have one of the top drawers open and she can barely reach inside. She usually sticks her hand in and just fishes around for anything that she can get a hold of. It’s not unlike playing the “claw” game with a blindfold on.

However, on this day, I had the middle drawer open. She jumped at her chance to grab my makeup bag and fling its contents around the bathroom floor. And, of course, I grabbed the camera and took pictures.
